An old time bluegrass jam
PSU College of CommunicationsBluegrass music brings together a variety of people every Tuesday night at the Pine Hall Lutheran Church in State College.
About 25 people gather in the church basement each week for what's billed as an "Old Time Bluegrass Jam." The gatherings started in the basement of organizer Alan Krug's house and eventually grew large enough to move into the church.
The group practices every Tuesday from 7-9 p.m., and anyone is welcome to come and play or listen.
