Synposis: While fines in State College borough have not increased since 1973, the borough's deficit is growing. A change would be valuable both as a deterrent to crime and as a source of revenue.
This I believe: Reading for pleasure

Synposis: It would be tough to find someone who'd say reading for pleasure is not beneficial. But the troubling fact is, my generation does not believe in the actual act of reading. Most students consider reading "boring." This is not just my opinion. There are facts to back me up.
